Code of Ethics

Users of the RadComm Learning Center must adhere to the Standards of Ethics of The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT®). To view this document click this link: ARRT Standards of Ethics

Under title B. RULES OF ETHICS, paragraph Fraud or Deceptive Practices, Reference Page 2, Section 5, Sub-section (iv)

CE Subversion

Subverting, attempting to subvert, or aiding others to subvert or attempt to subvert ARRT’s Continuing Education (CE) Requirements, and/or ARRT’s Continuing Qualifications Requirements (CQR). Conduct that subverts or attempts to subvert ARRT’s CE or CQR Requirements includes, but is not limited to:

(iv) conduct that in any way compromises the integrity of the CE or CQR Requirements such as sharing answers to the post-tests or self-learning activities, providing or using false certificates of participation, or verifying credits that were not earned.

If determined through an ARRT® ethics investigation that education or ethics eligibility requirements were not met, due to fraud or deceptive practices, your credits earned may be rendered invalid and you may also be subject to ethics sanctions and certification/registration revocation.

RadComm Inc. may terminate your use of our courses for any apparent or pending ethics violation. If we determine from our investigation that an ethics violation has occurred, a refund will not be issued and that information will be reported to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT®).

Purchasing on-line courses

Radcomm, LLC Learning Center courses are available to you over the internet using Kajabi.

If you are a new RadComm Learner, you will need to create an account. New users will receive a confirmation email and are required to confirm their account by clicking on the link provided in the email. Returning users will be permitted to sign in directly.

If you are an existing RadComm Learner, you will be enrolled in the course and receive an email confirmation following payment.

Refunds

Radcomm, LLC does not offer refunds once you have completed a course and received a Certificate of Completion. You may request a refund prior to course completion by sending an email to [email protected] requesting a refund and the reason for the request.

There are no refunds available for ARRT Mammography Examination Reviews since the User does not receive credit. Once a User has purchased a Review, they have had access to the material for their personal use. Exceptions may be allowed if the refund is requested within 24-hours of purchase.

A refund is available within 14 days, other than previously referenced, provided you have not completed a course and received a Certificate of Completion. Requests must be sent via email. You will be notified within 7 days if a refund is available.

Course access

Radcomm, LLC does not guarantee that access to the course materials will be uninterrupted.

Access to course material is for one year from the date of purchase.

Radcomm, LLC accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, and planned maintenance.

RadComm Inc. courses are optimized for use on a desktop, laptop, or tablet. Use of a smart phone is not recommended.

LearnUpon Learning Management System will make all reasonable efforts to make the Learning Center system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Course Revisions

RadComm Inc., reserves the right to modify, edit, replace or remove any course or any course content. We are required by the regulatory agencies and credentialing organizations to update and revise our course content as regulations change or on specified dates. When modifications, editing, replacement or removal of courses occur, the User will automatically receive this update. Depending on their progress, the User may have to restart a course in progress. By using our Learning Center Store, you agree to these terms.

Intellectual property

All course materials are the property of Radcomm, LLC and may not be copied, published, distributed, downloaded, uploaded, forwarded, disassembled, or used in any manner detrimental to Radcomm, LLC interests and legal rights.

The downloading of single copies of the PDF documents is permitted for personal use only.

Any other use will infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Radcomm, LLC for which Radcomm, LLC reserves the right to institute legal proceedings for copyright infringement and/or breach of contract.

Relevance of material

All courses are mammography specific. RadComm’s Initial Training in Mammography Program meets the MQSA requirements for training in breast anatomy and physiology, positioning and compression, quality assurance/quality control techniques, imaging of patients with breast implants; 8 hours of training in each mammography modality to be used by the technologist in performing mammography exams. The Initial Training in Mammography Program is created according to the current content specifications established by the ARRT® for the Mammography Certification Exam. The content categories are:

  • Mammographic Positioning, Special Needs and Imaging Procedures

Except as specifically provided for by law Radcomm, LLC does not give any warranties, whether expressed or implied, that the course materials are free from errors.

ARRT® Mammography Mock Exam

This practice test contains 250 questions developed using the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT®) July 2017 published Content Specifications for The Examination in Mammography. RadComm Inc. review programs do not contain or reveal any ARRT® copyrighted examination materials or any other proprietary information.

Affiliation Agreements

RadComm, Incorporated does not engage in clinical partnership or placement, affiliation agreements or on-site training with medical facilities providing clinical training for the technologist.

The course material contains links to other web sites. These sites are not under the control of Radcomm, LLC We assume no responsibility for the content or use of such websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. Radcomm, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of such web sites. The inclusion of a link to another site in our course material does not imply any endorsement of the sites.

Data Protection / Privacy

Contact information provided during the purchase of the courses will be held within the Radcomm, LLC Learning Center site in a safe, confidential, and secure environment.

Radcomm, LLC does not retain any sensitive personal information or financial details within its systems. Radcomm, LLC does not sell or distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Radcomm, LLC will not be liable for any incorrect information or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our course materials.
